What is the minimum order quantity?

While minimum order quantity can depend on the product, it typically starts at 1500 Units.
Can you design our logo/packaging?

YES! We do have our own design team that will work on your project for an added fee. Contact us for more information.
How can I submit an order?

If this is your first time ordering with JUSTNUTRA, please contact us or call us at 631-229-9890 to setup an account. If you are looking to reorder on an existing account, please contact your account manager for assistance.
Where can I submit a quote request?

Click "Request a Quote" at the bottom of this page to fill out a simple quote request form. Once your form is filled out and submitted, an experienced account representative will contact you back shortly.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept bank checks and wire transfers. We do not accept credit card payments.
Is JUSTNUTRA a cGMP Contract Manufacturer?

Yes. JUSTNUTRA products are manufactured in our FDA cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) compliant nutraceutical manufacturing facilities.
What is the manufacturing capacity of JUSTNUTRA?

Our manufacturing capacity is always improving. Contact us to discuss our current manufacturing capacity.
How long do products typically take to manufacture?

For first time runs, it typically takes 8-10 weeks, while reorders take 8 weeks.
Do I need to provide printed labels or can JUSTNUTRA print them for me?

Both options are available. You can provide your own printed labels to JUSTNUTRA or have JUSTNUTRA print your labels for you. If you are planning on providing us with printed labels, be sure they are the exact same size as that which is specified on each product page. If you are going to be providing JUSTNUTRA with printed artwork to have your label printed, be sure it is in .AI / .PSD / .EPS format with fonts set to outlines. Also, include a 1/4 inch bleed on all designs.
